Retirement of a non-executive Director
After completing three years as a non-executive director on the Board of Havelock Europa PLC, Michael Derbyshire has decided to step down to pursue two further chairmanship opportunities in the private equity sector.

Trading Update
Havelock (HVE.L), the Educational and Retail Interiors and Point of Sale Printing Group, announces a further update on 2009 trading.
The Group has undertaken a robust review of completed projects within its Educational Furniture Division, as part of its year end processes, and has identified instances where it would be prudent to make a provision to reflect likely reductions in final account settlements as a result of remeasurement by main contractors of work done on sites.

Trading Update
Havelock (HVE.L), the Educational and Retail Interiors and Point of Sale Printing Group, announces a trading update for the 12 months ended 31 December 2009.
Severe weather in the last two weeks of November and the month of December caused significant disruption to trading in Havelock’s Educational Interiors Division.
