Robbie Duncan retires

Robert Duncan CA, a non-executive Director since February 2004, retired from the Board in September.  Robbie was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Malcolm Gourlay, Chairman, said “We are sorry that Robbie’s increasing commitments outside Havelock preclude his continuing with us as a non-executive Director. We thank Robbie for his valuable contribution over the past four and a half years, in particular as Chairman of the Audit Committee.”
