15 year guarantee for Q-Learn Desk and Shell Chair

The Q-Learn Desk and Shell Chair have successfully passed the rigorous testing programme, carried out by the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA), required to meet the new BS EN 1729-2:2006 quality standard. As a result these products, which form the core of Stage Systems’ range of height adjustable furniture, are now officially approved for use in educational institutions.

In addition FIRA carried out a customised test programme looking at extended life and considers that the products are suitable for use for up to 15 years. The Q-Learn Desks were tested to simulate 15 years of use through 30,000 fatigue test cycles, while the Q-Learn Chair tests included seat and back fatigue trials comprising 300,000 test cycles. As a result of this FIRA certification both of these Q-Learn products now come with a full 15 year guarantee on all components.
