Appointment of a non-executive Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Shonaid Jemmett-Page MA (Cantab) FCA as a non-executive Director. Mrs Jemmett-Page will replace Robert Duncan as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

After graduating from Cambridge, Shonaid Jemmett-Page joined KPMG, where she worked from 1981 to 2001, becoming a partner in the London Office in 1991. In 2001, Shonaid joined Unilever Plc, becoming Senior Vice-President Finance and IT for Unilever Asia, based in Singapore.  From 2005 to 2008, she was Global Senior Vice-President Finance for Unilever’s London-based Home and Personal Care business.
