Michael Derbyshire

Michael Derbyshire MBA, 60 - Non-executive Director

Michael Derbyshire, BSc (Eng), MBA, is also a non-executive Director of Carclo plc, a fully listed company, and non-executive Chairman of two private equity-backed companies, Allied Textiles Limited and Racal Acoustics Global Limited. In an executive capacity, he was Group Chief Executive of Whitecroft Plc from 1993 to 2000.

Roland Van Bommel, 57 - Non-executive Director

Roland van Bommel, aged 57, has since 2004 been Chief Executive of William Grant & Sons, a privately held Scotland-based whisky distiller. From 1999 to 2004, he was Chief Executive Officer of Maxxium Worldwide BV, a Netherlands-based joint venture for the sale and distribution of premium wines and spirits with a turnover of €1.7bn. Previously, he was at Remy Cointeau SA, from 1986 to 1999, latterly as a member of the Executive Board, France.
